Wellness Expert Mara Miranda of Maravilha Retreat Center and I are co-hosting this intimate retreat that is only open to 10 participants. Attendees will fly into Rio De Janeiro where they will be transported to the lovely coastal town of Buzios, a quiet home to over 20 stunning beaches that draws souls seeking to retreat, recharge and realign their energy. This Embodied Wisdom Retreat will focus on reconnecting to the deep wisdom within that we sometimes fail to remember and lean into. While at the retreat, you'll indulge in delicious chef-prepared Brazilian meals, yoga, meditation, hikes to the beach, and have 2 optional add-ons to tailor your healing even more: a course in Brazilian Breathwork or a Reiki Level 1 certification. This transformational retreat also includes a shamanic Ayahuasca experience.
